AH! now I’ve got that song in my head. “Hey good look’in, whatcha got Cookin?” I know corny right!?
Well, we took advantage of our extended weekend and tried out a new breakfast dish. Nothing fancy, just simple, but delish! Yes, We felt guilty…like we was eating desert for breakfast. Oh well, the moment passed ;)Dig in!

2 medium ripe bananas, sliced into pieces
2 cup blueberries
1/4 cup honey
1 cup uncooked quick Quaker oats
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp cinnamon
Teeny pinch of salt
1 cup lactade milk
1 egg (we used egg beaters)
1 tsp vanilla extract
For Dinner we had an oldie but a goodie, scalloped potatoes. Yum! We forgot how good those were!! Feel free to check out the pictures.
